HYA Training Limited is a subsidiary of Humberside Youth Association. Humberside Youth Association have been operating since 1984. The charity's aim is as follows.

The Humberside Youth Association aim to help educate through their leisure time activities and to develop physical, mental and spiritual capacities so that young people may grow to full maturity as individuals and as members of society. They provide small grants to organisations or individuals so that their conditions of life may be improved.
